Free temporary webhook URL

Webhook1 gives you a unique URL the moment the page opens. Point a webhook, a script or curl at it and every request shows up here with its method, headers, query string and body. No account and nothing to install.

How it works

  1. Copy the URL at the top of the page.
  2. Send any HTTP request to it, from your code, a provider's dashboard or the command line.
  3. Watch it arrive in the list, then open it to read the headers and body.
curl -X POST https://webhook1.com/h/YOUR_TOKEN \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{"hello":"world"}'

Limits

  • A URL keeps its last 100 requests. Older ones are dropped as new ones arrive.
  • Each request can be up to 1 MB. A larger one gets 413 and is not stored.
  • A URL and everything it captured are deleted automatically 24 hours after its last request.

Questions

Do I need an account?
No. You get a URL as soon as the page opens, and there is nothing to sign up for.
How long does a URL last?
Until 24 hours pass without a request. Every request resets the countdown, so a URL you are using stays alive.
What happens after 100 requests?
The URL keeps accepting them. It keeps the newest 100 and drops the oldest without notice.
Is it private?
The URL is hard to guess, but anyone who has it can send requests to it and read them. Use test data, not real secrets or personal data.
Can I check a webhook signature?
Yes. Paste the secret, the raw body and the signature into the signature verifier. It runs in your browser.
